ManagerAssistant Manager- Business Development Energy Power

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in any of the energy water utilities or power operations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing business development and overseeing the complete project lifecycle from onboarding to successful handover. Expertise in building projects exceeding 100 million USD is essential.

This role requires a strategic thinker with robust connections in the UAE market across power renewable and nonrenewable energy sectors. The candidate should have excellent project management skills and the ability to navigate complex bidding processes for the operations based in ABU DHABI

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
  
• Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in business development within the energy water utilities or power sectors.
  
• Proven experience in managing projects valued at $100 million or more particularly in renewable & nonrenewable energy projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of RFQ RFI preparation and tendering processes.
  
• Extensive network and understanding of the UAE market including renewable and nonrenewable energy players.
  
• Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  
• Valid UAE driving license.
  
• Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
