Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of IFS EAM functional consultants.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of the IFS EAM system including configuration and customization.
- Ensure that IFS EAM modules are configured to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical consultants for system integration and customization.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the EAM system.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the IFS EAM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to the EAM system.
- Ensure system updates and patches are applied according to best practices.
- Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training programs for endusers and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve the EAM systems efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with IFS EAM updates new features and industry trends.
- Promote best practices and standardization across the team and organization.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with IFS EAM implementation and configuration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team leading role.
- Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as manufacturing supply chain finance asset management or others.
Skills:
- Indepth knowledge of IFS EAM modules and functionalities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database management.
- Familiarity with IFS customizations and extension tools.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications:
- IFS EAM certification or other relevant certifications.
Preferred Experience:
- Successful delivery of 1 full project lifecycle or completion of individual project phases.
- Experience with other EAM systems.
- Previous experience in a consulting role.
