الوصف الوظيفي
- Conduct inspections of mechanical installations piping HVAC systems and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Perform and witness tests on mechanical systems including pressure tests nondestructive testing (NDT) and functional tests.
- Verify the quality of materials delivered to the site ensuring they meet the required specifications.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection records and test reports.
- Review and verify quality control documents submitted by subcontractors such as material certificates welding records and inspection reports.
- Prepare nonconformance reports (NCRs) for any deviations from the specifications or standards.
- Coordinate with construction teams subcontractors and the clients quality representatives to resolve any quality issues.
- Attend and participate in quality meetings providing updates on inspection activities and quality performance.
- Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out in accordance with the approved Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
- Ensure compliance with industry codes standards (such as ASME API and ISO) and projectspecific requirements.
- Monitor and verify the implementation of the projects Quality Management System (QMS) for mechanical works.
- Conduct audits of mechanical construction activities and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure that all inspection activities are conducted in a safe manner adhering to HSE policies and procedures.
- Report any unsafe conditions or practices observed during inspections.
Qualifications :
Educational Background:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- HVAC Diploma Certification
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QC Inspector (MEP) specifically in mechanical construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.
- Preferable ADNOC Approval profiles and immediately available to Join .
Additional Information :
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems materials and construction methods.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings specifications and standards.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining highquality standardsWorking Conditions:
- Ability to work in a construction site environment which may include exposure to heat dust and noise.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays if required.
