الوصف الوظيفي
- Designing ELV Systems as per the specifications.
- Preparation of BOQ for ELV and Fire & Gas System
- Evaluating tender ITB documents drawings Specification and Project schedules
- Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers to get an offer.
- Having good knowledge to review and Datasheets Single Line Diagram and Specifications Cable Schedule.
- Should be capable to determine project specifications by studying product design customer requirements and performance standards; completing technical studies.
- Preparation of Cost sheet like Direct cost indirect cost temporary facilities and other related cost to tender requirement.
- Review the scope clearly and Prepare highly professional technical and commercial proposals as per client requirement.
- Assisting the sales team in understanding and assessing customers requirements.
- Having good knowledge to review contract/commercial terms and condition documents.
- Preparation of Cost comparison between supplier and subcontractors offers.
- Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per Client requirement.
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
- Maintaining ISO documentation Record Keeping Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
- Having good knowledge in Electrical Low voltage system like PAGA Telecom IT/DATA Access Control System Emergency Lighting CCTV System.
- Having good knowledge in Fire & Gas system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Engineering Electrical or Instrumentation Technology

Experience Requirements:
08 years of overall experience
Minimum of 03 years of experience ELV Estimation & Designing
- Having good knowledge in Electrical Low voltage system like PAGA Telecom IT/DATA Access Control System Emergency Lighting CCTV System.
- Having good knowledge in Fire & Gas system.
Good health environment and safety management (HSE) knowledge and the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
