Black & Grey HR is hiring for a top tier developer in Abu Dhabi UAE renowned for delivering iconic landmark projects. Our client is seeking an exceptional Interior Designer with a strong background in managing highprofile developments ensuring superior quality and aligning with a brand that sets industry standards for innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to conceptualize and execute worldclass interior designs for prestigious projects.
Ensure seamless integration of design elements with architecture and landscaping.
Lead FF&E selection color palette creation material coordination and schedule management with consultants.
Develop comprehensive design briefs and scopes aligning with project goals and timelines.
Present detailed designs drawings and reports to senior leadership ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Partner with top consultants and suppliers to deliver bestinclass interiors.
Stay ahead of market trends incorporating cuttingedge ideas and sustainable practices.
Coordinate the delivery of bespoke finishes signage and furniture for luxury spaces.
Maintain meticulous project documentation and mitigate design risks effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related fields.
68 years of experience with a proven track record in luxury residential hospitality or mixeduse developments.
Experience working with leading consultants or developers on landmark projects in the GCC/UAE.
Experience working with leading consultants or developers on landmark projects in the GCC/UAE.
Expertise in design principles project delivery processes and sourcing premium materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
