We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as part of a shared services transformation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and a collaborative approach to supporting HR integration and process improvement initiatives.
*Key Areas of Work:*
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes as part of a shared services model.
* Support the creation and refinement of HR policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to talent acquisition onboarding and employee engagement activities.
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth HR integration.
* Provide operational support for change management initiatives and HR frameworks.
*Industry Expertise:* Experience within consulting or shared services centres is preferred.
*Duration:* 9 months

Requirements
Experience Level:* 5 8 years with a strong foundation in HR operations and exposure to shared services or organisational transformation projects.
