Overall responsibilities:
- This role will be working closely with Planning & Control Manager and Project Managers and take responsibility of resource planning levelling and progress monitoring for projects.
- Assist and take major responsibilities on proposals planning during tendering stage.
- Functionally reporting to the General Manager and on budget required for a team budget at completion calculating and estimate cash flow and cost / budget variance analysis.
- Manage project work approvals in terms of accurate cost code allocation and initial execution budget setup and approvals. Monitor and control the cost and develop invoicing procedures to customers / clients.
Day to day responsibilities:
- To prepare the Master and Construction schedule.
- Generation of Monthly (MPR) Weekly (WPR) and Daily (DPR) reports on operational activities
- Develop an internal schedule to identify & track the major milestones to achieve the project completion date.
- Generation of analysis reports Scurve narrative reports for client & management review.
- Monitoring and updating project schedule on weekly and monthly basis.
- Establish Progress Measurement System (PMS) & prepare Deliverable Status Registers.
- Work coordination between Inter discipline and subcontractors.
- Risk identification & risk response planning.
- Material & resource / manpower planning and coordination. Critical path analysis.
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) preparation.
- Develop and update resource histogram weekly or monthly as required.
- Preparation of project Cash flow & actual comparison.
- Preparation of look ahead schedule.
- Study and analyse planned progress Vs actual progress.
- Preparation of recovery schedule to catch up the completion date.
- Preparation of Progress Payment Certificate (PPC) and Request for Invoice (RFI)
- Analyze actual costs vs control budget during all phases of the Project maintain budget at completion forecasts; and
- Work closely with Head of Projects Projects Managers and Sr. Project Engineers and manage the project work approval process in terms of accurate cost code allocation and initial budget setup and approvals; and

- Produce Project Planning closeout report and Productivity calculation Preparation of project claims extension of time (EOT).
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical Instrumentation or Mechanical) with (07 Years minimum) in the Oil & Gas industry. Affinity and familiar with Engineering Procurement and Contracting aspects in the business both onshore and offshore.
