The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and supporting the overall growth strategy for Horizon Geosciences in the GCC. Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager
- Promote Horizons Services as the contractor of choice for Survey ROV and Geotechnical services in the GCC.
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market opportunities within the GCC.
- Actively participate in the bidding process.
- Support business development strategies aimed at increasing Horizons market presence and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients partners and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the commercial and business development team to prepare proposals presentations and marketing materials.
- Participate in networking events industry conferences and client meetings to represent Horizon Geosciences.
- Monitor industry trends to keep our strategies competitive.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications :
Your qualities and experience
You can make your mark as a Business Development Manager if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Geosciences Environmental Science or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in business development sales or a related role (internships or entrylevel positions welcome).
- 5 10 years of experience in the marine survey industry.
- Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the geotechnical and geosciences sectors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the GCC market is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC.
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
