Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in landscape project management and design with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Extensive knowledge of project management principles including planning execution and closing of projects.
- Proficient in landscape design software and tools with the ability to translate design concepts into practical solutions.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to create detailed project budgets and manage costs effectively throughout project phases.
- Excellent client communication skills capable of liaising with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the agreed timeline.
- Effective problemsolving abilities to identify and resolve projectrelated issues promptly and efficiently.
- Experience with contract negotiation ensuring all project agreements are in the best interest of the company and client.
- Ability to oversee site supervision ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple landscape projects simultaneously from initial concept through to project completion.
- Develop and implement project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients architects engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed landscape design drawings ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress prepare regular status reports and communicate updates to clients and senior management.
- Manage project budgets ensuring all expenditures are controlled and within the agreed limits.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services for the project.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan addressing any issues that arise onsite.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
