Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a wellreputed Food Manufacturing Company. Our client is looking for skilled and responsible Vaccinator to join their team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and welfare of livestock/poultry and carry out vaccination and debeaking effectively within the stipulated time frame ensuring the health and wellbeing of birds and contributing to the organizations operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Administer vaccinations to chickens following the recommended guidelines and protocols.
Meet the established vaccination targets within the designated timeframe.
Handle birds with care adhering to all necessary safety precautions and procedures.
Execute vaccination steps accurately including maintaining the cold chain ensuring proper dosages and adhering to bottle usage recommendations.
Monitor and ensure the health and wellbeing of birds postvaccination.
Optimize vaccination efficiency by adhering to best practices and minimising errors.
Accurately count chickens during vaccination ensuring no discrepancies.
Assist in receiving and transferring chicks as needed to support operational requirements.
Lead and coordinate the team to achieve vaccination targets within the allocated time.
Requirements
Higher Secondary or Secondary School education.
Basic understanding of vaccination importance and protocols.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a vaccinator in a largescale livestock farm.
Strong focus on achieving goals and delivering results.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal understanding and the ability to build relationships.
Customer service orientation with a commitment to quality.
Demonstrated integrity and ethical behaviour.
