Black & Grey HR is hiring an Sales Executive for a diversified group of companies that deliver worldclass technological products and services across multiple industries. The primary objective of the role is to drive market leadership for the modular kitchen furniture product range in the UAE while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Sales and Revenue Growth
Achieve annual sales targets and revenue goals for all brands in the company.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Customer Engagement
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients through professional interactions and followups.
Conduct client meetings to understand needs present solutions and secure business opportunities.
Design and Presentation
Utilize design software to create and present tailored kitchen and wardrobe solutions to clients.
Enquiry Management and Reporting
Accurately handle client enquiries complete requisite documentation and ensure timely processing.
Maintain updated records of daily activities expected clients and projects in the pipeline.
Quality Assurance and AfterSales Support
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering highquality products and addressing aftersales requirements promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance service delivery.
Market Knowledge and Strategy
Stay informed on market trends and dynamics in the kitchen furniture industry.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve departmental policies and processes.
Compliance and Safety
Adhere to QHSE standards to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.
General Support
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor s degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience with at least 2 years in the furniture industry within the UAE/Middle East.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in kitchen design software and MS Office.
Fluent in Arabic (reading writing speaking).
Time management and organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Competencies
Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse client needs.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when managing company information.
Solutionoriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and client satisfaction.
