Our client is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and shape their talent recruitment strategy. The company is known for its commitment to attracting and developing top talent driving innovation and sustaining growth.
Position Overview:
As the Director of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s goals. You will lead a team of recruiters and work closely with HR leaders and operational managers to proactively and effectively meet the company’s talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a global recruitment strategy focused on talent attraction diversity and inclusion.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the recruitment team ensuring their professional development and achievement of performance targets.
- Process Optimization: yze and enhance recruitment processes to increase efficiency and align with industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR departments managers and external partners to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- KPI Monitoring: Elish performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment with significant leadership experience in talent acquisition.
