Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Counsel you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company and its clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our business practices and operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support to the company and its clients on a wide range of legal matters Review and draft contracts agreements and other legal documents Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations Advise on legal risks and potential liabilities associated with business decisions and operations Represent the company in legal proceedings including negotiations settlements and litigation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all areas of the business Keep uptodate with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters as needed Maintain and update legal documentation and records Handle any other legal matters as assigned by the companys management team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Law or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a corporate environment Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations is required Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases Fluency in English is required Arabic language skills are a plus.
