We are seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to lead our clients team in providing topnotch service and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. As a Restaurant Supervisor youll play a crucial role in the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring that our guests enjoy a flawless dining experience and that our team operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the frontofhouse team to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee guest interactions to ensure a seamless experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain timely and accurate service.
- Manage staff scheduling training and performance to uphold restaurant standards.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold the brands values and represent the restaurants image and reputation professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role in upscale or fine dining.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems is a plus.
