Black & Grey HR is hiring a HR Admin for a leading automotive dealership in Dubai UAE. This role is crucial for someone with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of HR management systems. As an HR Administrator you will be responsible for enhancing the HR functions ensuring the efficient management of HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative HR responsibilities ensuring organizational effectiveness and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Manage contracts and maintain uptodate accurate documentation.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain meticulous HR records.
Generate reports on HR metrics to aid in decisionmaking processes.
Collaborate in the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Respond to employees queries.
Provide support in processing employees payroll facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors and ensure vacation and sick time are tracked.
Maintain and organize new employee orientation training and documentation.
Assisting newly joined employees with their contract signing medical and issuance of labor card and residence visa.
Requirements
Minimum 03 years experience in HR and Administrative functions in GCC
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Business Management or equivalent
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering a collaborative work environment.
