This role ensures a consistent positive academic and social experience for students across all campuses. Responsibilities include leading student affairs initiatives resolving issues and fostering a supportive campus community.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Experience Management:
Lead Student Affairs: Main point of contact for undergraduate postgraduate and EMBA programs.
Unified Experience: Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive student experiences.
Boost Satisfaction: Develop programs to enhance wellbeing and engagement.
Feedback Collection: Conduct regular surveys for improvement.
Student Concerns:
Support Students: Meet with students and faculty to understand and resolve concerns.
Retention Strategy: Identify reasons for withdrawals and work to improve retention.
Faculty Coordination:
Faculty Feedback: Address academic issues based on faculty insights.
Classroom Monitoring: Attend classes to assess engagement.
Student Connections & Mentorship:
Networking: Organize crosscampus events and workshops.
Mentorship: Guide students academically and professionally; develop mentor networks.
Data & Reporting:
Track Issues: Maintain records of student concerns for management.
Analyze Trends: Use data to improve engagement and retention.
Events & Workshops:
Promote Institution: Attend events to engage prospective students.
Workshops: Conduct sessions for professional and personal development.
Discipline & Policies:
Disciplinary Actions: Collaborate with Deans on student conduct issues.
Policy Development: Develop policies supporting student success.
Requirements
Master s degree in Education Student Affairs or related field.
810 years in student affairs with 3 years in leadership.
Multicampus or international experience preferred.
Strong leadership problemsolving and data analysis skills.
Willingness to travel between campuses.
