الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Service Advisor to join our team in AlAyn. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and service technicians ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Experience in wellknown brands or dealerships is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their needs regarding vehicle repairs and services.
- Provide accurate information and advice on required repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare service orders by describing symptoms problems and necessary repairs.
- Maintain communication with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct final inspections on vehicles to ensure all work meets company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Upsell additional services or repairs when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably with wellknown brands or dealerships.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Proficiency in computer skills and the use of service management software.
