Our client a leading hospitality group looking for a Club Manager to join their team and take their establishment to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the club ensuring smooth running and an exceptional experience for members and guests.
- Lead motivate and manage staff across various departments including reception service events and security.
- Maintain and enforce the highest levels of customer service addressing any member concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage the clubs budget control expenses and oversee financial performance to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Plan and execute events activities and programs that engage and entertain members.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain current members.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote club events memberships and activities.
- Monitor and maintain the clubs facilities and equipment coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
- Prepare regular reports on club performance membership status and operational issues for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in a management role preferably in a club hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage train and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in managing budgets controlling expenses and improving profitability.
- Experience in event planning marketing and membership sales is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality operations.
