First Point of Contact: Greet callers and guests with warmth and professionalism setting the tone for a welcoming experience.
Enhance Guest Experiences: Share insider tips about hotel amenities local attractions and dining options ensuring each interaction is special and personalized.
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with a solutionoriented approach training staff on effective resolution techniques and escalating issues to management when necessary.
Streamline Communication: Coordinate with various departments to connect guests with the right resources ensuring seamless service.
Maintain Records: Oversee the accurate logging of calls messages and requests for followup ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with front desk staff housekeeping and other departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new team members instilling the importance of exceptional guest service and hotel protocols.
