What you will be doing:
- Carries out occasional repair work as required
- Prevents problems from occurring in the hotels technical installations
- Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
- Follows the preventive maintenance programmed
- Applies water hygiene procedures
- Carries out routine maintenance and repairs to all types of electrical equipment such as laundry equipment kitchen equipment heating ventilation and airconditioning equipment including motors and motor controls fans water treatment plants sewage treatment plants and emergency generators.
- Ensures that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest or public area.
- Ensures that the plant room workshop and related areas are kept clean and tidy condition.
- Attends to repair and maintenance of electrical lowtension panels.
- Attends to electrical and ancillaries installations such as audio/video cables computer cables and CCTV systems.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Experience is an asset
Working experience in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels.
Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
