Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager with a strong background in Corporate and MICE sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market share in the corporate and MICE segments.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the corporate and MICE customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities building relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts presenting results to senior management.
Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales management within the corporate and MICE sectors.
- Strong network of contacts within the industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
