Position Summary


Property Finder is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our fastpaced marketing team. This role will be key in driving our growth strategy across B2C and B2B channels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic foresight and operational excellence to develop implement and optimize marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives. They will collaborate with various departments leading both strategic planning and handson execution of campaigns. This role is crucial in supporting our ambition to scale marketing efforts and deliver measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and lead growth marketing strategies to drive performance across paid media CRM and app marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (such as product business analytics and commercial) to ensure growth marketing aligns with companywide objectives.
  • Conduct datadriven analysis to guide campaign strategy channel selection and audience targeting ensuring efficient use of marketing budgets.
  • Work closely with our external partners to oversee campaign execution performance tracking and optimization.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and untapped opportunities to drive both B2C and B2B growth.
  • Support the ongoing development and optimization of marketing processes ensuring best practices in campaign execution and tracking.
  • Regularly report on key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Drive the strategic planning for growth initiatives forecasting future opportunities and identifying the next steps for scaling efforts.

The Person


Desired Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • 9 years of experience in growth digital or performance marketing.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Proven experience in managing multichannel campaigns and using data to guide marketing strategies.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing technologies and platforms like Google Ads META Braze and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally with internal teams and external partners to drive campaign success.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
