We are recruiting a Sr. Graphic Designer for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage design projects for various clients ensuring timely delivery while adhering to brand guidelines
- Conceptualize create and execute visually appealing designs for both digital and print platforms including websites social media advertising campaigns packaging and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the creative director copywriters and other team members to deliver cohesive visual solutions
- Work closely with clients to grasp their objectives and provide design solutions that align with their brand vision and goals
- Supervise junior designers and freelancers offering guidance feedback and mentorship to ensure the team produces outstanding work
- Stay updated with industry trends tools and design technologies to propose innovative solutions to clients
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients clearly explaining the creative rationale and making revisions as needed
- Ensure consistency and high quality across all design deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing creativity with efficiency while working under tight deadlines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming projects
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and proficiency with other design software (e.g. Sketch Figma)
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design ss particularly in branding advertising and digital campaigns
- 5 to 7 years of experience in graphic design including a minimum of 3 years in a creative agency
