ROLE SUMMARY
The Facilities Management Team Leader oversees office istants and thirdparty service providers ensuring smooth facilities operations. They lead a team to deliver services across corporate head offices while implementing policies best practices and meeting legislative requirements. Additionally the role involves being the primary contact for service providers and managing facilities during operating hours and events.

ROLE PROFILE

• Oversee proactive Facilities Management services including cleaning security landscaping pest control and office relocations.
• Supervise and lead teams of approximately 10 staff members ensuring efficient delivery of office services meeting room setups and consumables management.
• Manage thirdparty service providers and external contractors ensuring compliance with health safety and risk essments.
• Foster a customer servicefocused culture addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining cleanliness and organization in office spaces.
• Handle procurement inventory management and daily stocking of kitchen and pantry consumables
• Prepare reports perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and values

REQUIREMENTS

• Requires a minimum of 4 years experience in Facilities Management and team leadership with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient in health and safety best practices and computer literate in MS Office (Word Outlook Excel).
• Strong communication ss teamwork and the ability to work under pressure with a proactive and calm attitude.
• Ability to interact effectively with a multicultural workforce ensure daily staff and property safety and provide istance outside regular working hours.
