PRO Admin

• Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities and agencies
  
• Handle all PROrelated tasks including visa processing labor card applications and trade license renewals
  
• Maintain accurate records of all doents related to employee visas and licenses
  
• ist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings managing office supplies and maintaining files
  
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  
• Provide support in preparing reports and doentation as needed
  
• ist with any additional tasks or projects igned by management
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ss
