Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced *ECommerce Operations Specialist* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce operations particularly in the field of displayrelated products such as digital signage electronic whiteboards and LED screens.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms for our display product lines ensuring a seamless and userfriendly online shopping experience.
Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth including SEO PPC and other digital marketing techniques.
Monitor and analyze website performance customer behavior and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling content and promotions that resonate with our target audience.
Oversee inventory management order fulfillment and customer service to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Stay uptodate with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies to keep our online presence competitive.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations preferably in the display or electronics industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
A passion for technology and innovation with a keen interest in the display products industry.
