Peformance Mangement Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance management principles and practices as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. This is a fulltime position based in Dubai UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance management strategies and processes to ensure the companys goals and objectives are met
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and productivity
• Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and targets for their teams
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for employee development and career growth
• Identify and address performance issues and provide support in implementing corrective actions
• Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decisionmaking
• Develop and maintain performance management reports and dashboards
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in performance management to continuously improve processes and procedures
• Train and educate managers and employees on performance management practices and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of performance management principles processes and tools
• Experience in developing and implementing performance management strategies and processes
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and performance management software
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus
• Fluency in English is required Arabic is a plus
