Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic team at our Clinic in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering highquality aesthetic treatments and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. This role requires a professional with a strong background in nursing combined with specialized training and experience in aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  

  • Conduct thorough consultations including skin assessments and treatment planning.
    
  • Provide pre and posttreatment care instructions to patients ensuring their comfort and safety.
    
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to any concerns or complications.
    

• Aesthetic Treatments:
  

  • Administer aesthetic procedures such as Botox dermal fillers laser treatments chemical peels and other nonsurgical cosmetic treatments.
    
  • Assist physicians with advanced procedures when necessary.
    
  • Maintain a clean and sterile environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
    

• Clinical Operations:
  

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including treatment plans progress notes and consent forms.
    
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper stock levels for daily operations.
    
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinic protocols and procedures.
    

• Patient Education:
  

  • Educate patients on available treatments potential side effects and expected outcomes.
    
  • Promote healthy skincare routines and lifestyle choices that enhance aesthetic results.
    

• Team Collaboration:
  

  • Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
    
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies.
    

Qualifications:

• Education:
  

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
    
  • Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) nursing license or eligibility for licensure.
    

• Experience:
  

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with at least 2 year in an aesthetic or dermatology setting.
    
  • Proven experience in administering aesthetic treatments such as Botox fillers and laser therapies.
    

• Skills:
  

  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Attention to detail and a high level of precision in performing treatments.
    
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
