We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hostess. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of French cuisine and culture excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. You will play a key role in managing reservations seating arrangements and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive ensuring a positive first impression.
  
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently balancing the flow of guests and minimizing wait times.
  
• Provide guests with information about the restaurants French menu specials and Beverage list demonstrating a strong knowledge of French cuisine and culture.
  
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure that their dining experience begins smoothly.
  
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
  
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area.
  
• Assist with administrative tasks such as taking reservations managing the guest waitlist and handling phone calls.
  
• Monitor and manage the dining rooms atmosphere to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  
• Uphold the restaurants standards of service and contribute to creating a refined and elegant dining environment.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role preferably in a fine dining or French restaurant setting.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE.
  
• Knowledgeable in using reservation system.
  
• Capable of working in a smoking area.
  
• Must be 5 7 in height.
  
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on guest service and satisfaction.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
  
• Passion for French cuisine and culture.
  
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
