Key Responsibilities

• Bartender: Craft cocktails and beverages manage bar inventory and provide excellent customer service.
• Waiter/Waitress: Take and serve food and drink orders ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Host/Hostess: Greet and seat guests manage reservations and handle guest inquiries.
• Runner: Assist with delivering food and beverages ensure timely and accurate service and support the Front of House team as needed.
• Head Waiter/Head Waitress: Supervise and coordinate wait staff handle customer concerns and ensure smooth service operations.
• Head Bartender: Oversee bar operations train and manage bar staff and ensure the quality of beverages and service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Teamoriented with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
