Online Sales Specialist
Job Summary: The Online Sales Specialist is responsible for managing online sales and sourcing suppliers through various online platforms. This role involves optimizing product listings managing online marketplaces and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers. The Online Sales Specialist will also identify and establish relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Sales Management:
- Manage product listings on Online platforms such as Amazon eBay and the companys website.
- Optimize product descriptions images and pricing to maximize sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance making adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Supplier Sourcing and Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers through online platforms.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to secure the s and quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability.
- Order Fulfillment and Customer Service:
- Oversee order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online orders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage online advertising campaigns including PPC social media and email marketing.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory.
- Manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance inventory levels and supplier relations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Online sales and supplier management.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon eBay and Shopify.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques.
