Purpose:
Handle the daytoday inventory responsibilities to provide support to the inventory team leader and store operations. Receive stocks materials equipment supplies or merchandise and accountable for maintaining records of quantity and value of material stocked
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
1. Database management of all stocks in the inventory.
2. Ensure proper storage handling of received stocks and ensure merchandise is perfect for selling and reporting anomalies.
3. Create GRN for all received merchandise and validate it with LPO and invoice.
4. Review and check the accuracy of suppliers invoices
5 .Create PRET and LTI document as per merchandising team request and the item found on the floor
6. Ensuring that the Brand Promise product is kept separately and handed over to the Brand Promise Officer
7. Update the purchase return report and send it to the Merchandising team weekly
8. Ensure that all display items are authorized by the Store Manager and is reflected on POS
9. Manage the HVS activities and ensure that the inventory log book is updated
10. Counts sorts and checks incoming merchandise; verifies against requisitions and/or invoices
11. Assist Inventory Team Leader to compile SNP report and conduct perpetual inventory(PI Counts) in addition to annual stock taking
12.Manage and Maintain the Stock Room
Requirements
Experience: 13 years of relevant experience preferably in a retail environment
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate

Skills & Abilities: MS Excel follow up coordination Numerical skills Good communications skills system/software skills
Experience (Yrs. & Field): 3 years Educational Qualification: Graduate Skills & Abilities: - Expert level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Attention to detail is a must - You are aware of the latest retail marketing trends and are IT savvy with hands on experience with marketing related software.
