Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Private Residence Housekeeper to manage all aspects of housekeeping and laundry services in a highprofile private residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization with a strong focus on discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of all living areas bedrooms and bathrooms including dusting vacuuming mopping polishing and bedmaking. Ensure all rooms are impeccably clean and wellorganized at all times.
- Laundry Services: Handle all laundry tasks including sorting washing drying ironing and storing clothing and linens. Pay special attention to delicate fabrics and follow specific care instructions meticulously.
- Supply Management: Monitor and manage household cleaning supplies and linens ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and reorder as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect cleaned areas and laundered items to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Guest Preparation: Prepare guest rooms and living spaces to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors.
- Special Projects: Assist with occasional deep cleaning tasks seasonal cleaning and other special housekeeping projects as needed.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the households operations activities and personal information.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Event Support: Assist with the preparation and cleanup of household events ensuring that all areas are properly maintained before during and after gatherings.
- Flexibility: Adapt to the households changing needs including varying schedules and additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least three years of experience in a similar housekeeping role ideally within luxury residences hotels or resorts.
- Skills: Expertise in cleaning techniques laundry operations and household management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Physical Condition: Must be in good physical condition able to perform the physical tasks required by the role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in housekeeping or hospitality management are a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Age and Gender: Female candidates aged between 2540 years are preferred.
