KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• MEP Management: - Oversee all MEP-related works in all Outlets, Logistics centres & New projects, ensuring compliance with national and local standards. - Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems and equipment to assess functionality and safety
• Maintenance Leadership: - Lead and manage maintenance team in the Region, ensuring effective maintenance strategies are implemented. - Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs): - Manage the renewal of AMCs for electrical services, ensuring competitive pricing and quality service. - Evaluate existing contracts, negotiate terms, and establish new contracts with service providers to optimize service delivery.
