Technical Support Engineer - Al-Futtaim

• Field visit to assist on the technical issues
• Prepare technical information report and submit to the principle
• Follow up on the technical information report
• Escalation issue to Technical Support Manager
• Failed part analysis / ship to OEM
• On the job coaching
• Software update equipment special tools

• In depth understanding of the various components of Electric Vehicle and their power train system.
• Familiar with modern diagnostic and repair methods in EV brands
• Good knowledge in raising technical reports
• Experience in both EV and PHEV brands

• Minimum 5 years in service field of automotive repair out of this 3years should be as Master Technician in dealer service operations or equivalent
• Automobile / Mechanical or Electrical engineering or extensive and specialized training in Electrical Vehicles.
• Good knowledge of electronics onboard diagnostics and new generation vehicles. Familiar with modern diagnostic and repair methods
