3D Animator and Motion Artist

The 3D Animator is responsible for creating three-dimensional animations for a variety of media, including cinematic, 3d animated videos, broadcasting, and commercials.

This role involves working closely with other artists, independently and directors to bring animations and environments to life through movement, expression and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Animation Creation: Design, model, and animate 3D characters and environments using software such as Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Character Rigging: Create and set up character rigs to enable realistic movement and expression and also able to integrate the motion capture data.
• Storyboard Interpretation: Translate storyboards and scripts into dynamic animations that convey the intended story and emotions.
• Collaboration: Work with directors, concept artists, and other animators to align animations with the overall vision of the project.
• Rendering and Optimization: Prepare and render animations, ensuring they are optimized for various platforms and meet quality standards using Game Engines like Unity, Unreal Engine etc.
• Motion Graphics : Adding value by compositing, color grading, visual effects and edit to prepare the final end video using After Effects, Premier or other vfx Sofwares.
• Feedback Integration: Revise and refine animations based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues related to animation and rendering.
• Flexibility : Should be flexible with the working hours and taking the responsibility to deliver the project.
