As an Ecommerce & Website Specialist at MEFITPRO you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels and website. You will be responsible for generating business for all three verticals of the company Equipment Nutrition and Education. You will play a key role in driving our ecommerce strategy ensuring the seamless operation of our online stores and enhancing the digital shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sports retail fitness or wellness with handson experience in ecommerce platforms digital marketing and online marketplace management. You will also manage the company and client websites in terms of design content and web hosting.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Platform Management: Oversee the daytoday operations of our ecommerce platforms including Shopify and other online marketplaces such as Amazon Noon etc.
Product Management: Ensure accurate product listings descriptions pricing and inventory management across all online channels.
SEO & SEM: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase online visibility. Manage SEM campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
Website Management: Manage the companys website in terms of content design plugin integration and API integration. UI/UX designing expertise is preferred.
Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media advertising email marketing and content marketing to promote products and drive sales.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of online sales channels using analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize strategies for better results.
Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience by improving website navigation checkout processes and customer service touchpoints.
Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce trends competitor activities and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing sales and product teams to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on ecommerce performance including sales traffic conversion rates and ROI.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in marketing Business Ecommerce or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in ecommerce preferably in sports retail fitness or wellness industries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify SEO Google Ads Meta Ads and other ecommerce tools and platforms.
Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including PPC social media marketing and content marketing.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data generate insights and make datadriven decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools technologies and industry trends.
