Digital Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage the overall running and continuous improvement of all internal digital communication platforms, including Viva Engage and the Intranet
- Ensure platforms are user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively utilized for maximum employee engagement.
- Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to implement new features and troubleshoot issues.
Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive communication culture within the organization.
- Organize and promote internal events, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Collect and analyze feedback from employees to inform and improve communication strategies.

Role
What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital communication platforms, including Viva Engage and Intranet systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in change management is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in making data-driven decisions and utilizing analytics to inform communication strategies.
- Ability to develop and execute targeted communication plans tailored to specific employee groups and personas.
- Hands-on experience with AI generative tools and a keen interest in leveraging technology for communication purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
