JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural models using Revit.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications standards and codes.
- Utilize Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Create and update detailed drawings plans and schedules from BIM models using AutoCAD.
- Work closely with structural engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in coordination meetings with other BIM modelers and project teams to discuss and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Produce highquality construction documentation including drawings specifications and reports.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain an organized and updated database of project documentation.
- Utilize advanced features of Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD to enhance modeling efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies tools and best practices.
- Provide support and guidance to junior modelers and drafters on BIM processes and software usage.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in structural BIM modeling within the GCC region.
- Proven experience in a design consulting company is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles construction methods and relevant standards and codes.
- Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
