Rixos Al Mairid an awardwinning family beach resort on the stunning Al Marjan Island is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Agent. In this role you will be the face of the hotel ensuring that each guest has a personalized and memorable experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include greeting guests addressing inquiries and requests providing information about hotel services and the local area and handling any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the exceptional standards of Rixos hospitality.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Russian. Proficiency in additional languages like German Italian or French is a plus with a language allowance provided.
- Experience: Previous experience in guest relations front desk or a similar role in a luxury hotel setting is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach are essential. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Personal Attributes: Professional approachable and able to deliver a warm and engaging guest experience.
