Job Summary
As a Partnerships Manager within our dynamic cryptocurrency firm you will be at the forefront of developing and managing strategic partnerships that are vital to our businesss growth and success. You are expected to leverage your deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and block chain landscape to identify partnership opportunities negotiate deals and manage ongoing relationships with key partners in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify evaluate and prioritize potential strategic partners across various sectors within the cryptocurrency industry including exchanges wallet providers blockchain projects and financial services.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing partners through proactive outreach networking and industry events.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership deals that align with the companys strategic growth targets and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as legal marketing finance and product development to ensure successful partnership execution and compliance with regulations.
- Develop success metrics for partnerships and continuously monitor performance ensuring that objectives are met and identifying areas for improvement.
- Innovate and propose new partnership models that can create additional revenue streams or enhance product offerings.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and the company addressing any issues and ensuring clear communication.
- Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory changes and competitive dynamics that may impact current or future partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 35 years of proven experience in partnership business development or a similar role with a strong preference for experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency sector.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem including the legal and regulatory environment.
- Outstanding negotiation and dealmaking skills with a track record of closing successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team in a fastpaced environment.
- High level of initiative creativity and drive.
- Proficient in project management with exemplary organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Desirable Experience:
- Direct exposure to and understanding of cryptocurrency wallets exchanges and other blockchain technologies.
- Experience working in startups or highgrowth environments.
- A global network of contacts within the cryptocurrency or financial services industries.
- Experience with CRM tools and partnership management software.
