Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial strategy and direction of the company, ensuring financial integrity and transparency at all times.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
• Manage all aspects of corporate finance, including financial auditing and financial modelling.
• Conduct comprehensive cash flow analysis to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
• Lead and manage M&A activities, providing expert financial advice and guidance.
• Utilize financial software to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure financial compliance with all federal and state financial regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage financial risks to protect the company's assets and maintain financial stability.
• Work closely with other senior leaders to drive the company's overall strategy and direction.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a CFO or similar senior financial managerial role.
• Proven experience in financial management, strategic financial planning, corporate finance, financial auditing, financial modelling, cash flow analysis, M&A, and managing financial risks.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced financial modelling tools.
• Solid understanding of federal and state financial regulations.
• Exceptional strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive financial strategy and direction.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage a team and drive financial performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in the cannabis manufacturing industry is a must!
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make sound financial decisions.
