Full job description
Using the University telephone system, receive, make and direct all internal, local calls and international calls (upon approval of the management) and divert messages to the appropriate University individual or office.
Update the campus telephone directory on a regular basis.
Assist university employees calls and live chat. Maintain an accurate record of all calls and live chat history.
Answer general queries as requested through calls and live chat.
Pass and convey phone messages, as necessary.
Initiate telephone contact with the appropriate emergency services in the event of a campus emergency.
