PMC Contracts Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES • Report to the Contract Manager • Produce weekly and monthly progress reports on contracting activities • Be responsible for the certification of the milestones and preparation of the payment certificates • Assist in day to day post award administration including reviewing and drafting correspondence, variations, invoices, bonds, insurances, and warranties • Attend meetings, interface, and liaise with the internal and external stakeholders (including client, EPC Contractor, and other project departments) • Monitor and ensure Company compliance with EPC contract • Ensure adequate project and contractual records are kept
