Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Customization:
- Lead the implementation of Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho suite products.
- Customize Zoho applications to meet client-specific needs.
- Develop custom functions, workflows, and automation within Zoho applications.
Client Support and Training:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and their teams on Zoho products and best practices.
- Assist clients in optimizing their use of Zoho applications to improve their business processes.
Project Management
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
