About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of the Boys School to lead and oversee all aspects of the schools operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the educational environment fostering a strong Islamic ethos and ensuring academic success for all students.

Requirements:

• 1. **Educational Leadership:**
• Provide visionary leadership to the Boys School setting strategic goals and ensuring their successful implementation.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and character development.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the overall educational experience.
• 2. **Islamic Ethos and Values:**
• Uphold and promote the schools Islamic ethos and values throughout all aspects of the educational program.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate Islamic teachings into the curriculum and daily school activities.
• 3. **Arabic Language Proficiency:**
• Proficient in spoken and written Arabic to effectively communicate with students staff and parents.
• Ensure that the Arabic language is integrated into the curriculum to promote language proficiency and cultural understanding.
• 4. **Curriculum Development:**
• Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum in line with educational standards and Islamic principles.
• Regularly assess and update the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of students and educational standards.
• 5. **Staff Management:**
• Recruit train and supervise teaching and administrative staff.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment that encourages professional growth and development.
• 6. **Parent and Community Engagement:**
• Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and the community.
• Organize events and activities that involve parents and the local community in the educational process.
• 7. **Financial Management:**
• Manage the schools budget and resources efficiently ensuring financial sustainability.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure transparent and accountable financial practices.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience in educational leadership preferably in an Islamic educational setting.
• Strong understanding of Islamic education values and cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
