Job Responsibilities:
Visitor Management:
- Greet and guide visitors professionally.
- Handle inquiries and transfer calls as necessary.
Mail Handling:
- Receive sort distribute and dispatch daily mail efficiently.
HR Assistance:
- Assist the HR team with recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes.
Document Management:
- File and maintain incoming and outgoing documents meticulously.
- Scan and upload documents following company procedures.
- Review and update documents regularly.
- Archive files and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and management.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative and support services to the head office team.
- Ensure other personnel are updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
