Our client is a hospitality firm based in Dubai are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in setting up our finance department and team from the ground up ensuring robust financial management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the finance department including developing policies procedures and systems.
• Recruit train and lead a highperforming finance team.
• Implement financial software and tools to streamline operations and reporting.
• Oversee all financial aspects of preopening activities for new properties.
• Develop detailed preopening budgets forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor financial performance analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management.
