We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team and selling the brand to new and existing clients.

Are you Genuine Confident and Committed

As a Sales Manager you will work in a close knit sales team and be accountable for creating and delivering a strategic sales plan on all managed segments within your location / specialization to deliver the corporate targets

You will love developing longlasting client relationships and have a strategic and planned approach to maximize growth in your area.

Working with companies who align and match our brand and values you will understand that legal and compliance processes are always followed diligently rates are accurately applied and successfully delivers results for all internal and external audits or reviews.

As an ambassador of the brand you will represent a brand with a strong reputation for delivering as highvalue and highquality hotel provider and support driving a sales culture across the business.



Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Full knowledge of hotel sales across all markets
  • Minimum 2 years in a role managing large accounts across the UAE.
  • Proven experience in developing multiple layers of client relationships and in delivering and managing customer expectations
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales and account plans
  • A graduate Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Business Commerce or related field
  • Ideally possess experience with Pipedrive Opera or similar hotel sales and booking applications

Skills and Competencies:

  • UAE driving license is a must
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Driven to deliver results to achieve success
  • Optimistic/driven in the face of shortterm setbacks
  • Exercises good judgment and decisionmaking skills
  • Agile thinker with good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Possess excellent planning organizing and time management skills
