Roles & Responsibilities
Perform miscellaneous tasks involving pick-up and delivery of office mail, documents, important papers and records of a priority nature, purchase orders, supplies, etc.
Hand carry important documents and other materials directly to addressee
Perform or assist in the servicing of the vehicle used by him by filling with gas, checking and replenishing oil and water, servicing batteries and tires, and washing windows
Perform such other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
